We collect the least we can get away with, use it only to schedule and complete your repair, and never sell it. Here is the detail.
Last updated February 2026
When you book, we take your name, phone number, email address, and the service address where the appliance sits. If you use the form on this site, those same three fields come to us along with your message.
We also keep a record of the appliance worked on, the fault found, and the parts fitted. That history is what lets us answer a warranty question two months later without asking you to explain it again.
Your contact details exist so we can confirm the appointment, call ahead on the day, and reach you about the warranty if needed. The service address exists so the technician can find the house. The repair record exists so we can honor the ninety-day coverage.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you called about a dishwasher. We do not share your address with anybody who is not performing or scheduling your repair.
Payment card details are handled by our card processor and never stored by us. Where a part has to be shipped directly to your address, the supplier receives the delivery details and nothing else. Those are the only third parties involved in an ordinary job.
Repair records are kept for several years, because warranty questions and insurance claims both reach back further than people expect. If you would rather we delete yours, call the office and say so. We will remove everything that we are not legally required to retain.
The site uses basic analytics to understand which pages get read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data to anybody.
Request a copy of your file, have something corrected, or have the whole record removed. A phone call is enough and there is no form to complete. We will confirm what has been done rather than leaving you to wonder.
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect without saying so here.
Call the office and ask. Nothing here is written to be clever, and if something reads unclearly we would rather explain it than have you guess.
