Terms & Conditions

01

Who we are and what we do

We provide in-home repair of domestic appliances within the city of Pflugerville, Texas. All work takes place at the address you give us when booking, and our technicians bring the tools and components the job requires.

02

Booking a visit

A booking is confirmed when we agree a date and an arrival window with you by phone. Anything submitted through the website is a request rather than a confirmed appointment, and somebody will call you back to arrange the specifics.

03

Diagnosis and pricing

The diagnostic charge is quoted when you book and covers the technician's travel and the time taken to identify the fault. Once the fault is found, you are given a single figure covering the complete repair before any work begins.

No work proceeds without your approval. If you decline, the visit ends and only the diagnostic charge applies. The agreed repair price does not change afterward unless a second, unrelated fault is discovered, in which case we stop and discuss it with you before continuing.

04

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed. We accept the common card types and cash. An itemized invoice showing the parts fitted, the labor, and the warranty expiry date is provided for every job.

05

Parts

Parts are sourced new unless you specifically agree otherwise. Where an original manufacturer component is unavailable or discontinued, we will tell you before fitting an equivalent. Special-order parts for high-end or discontinued appliances may require payment up front, which is always discussed in advance.

06

Access and safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to the appliance and a safe working environment. Our technician may decline to proceed where conditions present a hazard, including live water damage, exposed wiring, or a suspected gas leak that requires the utility company first.

Where an appliance is built in, blocked by cabinetry, or installed in a way that makes removal likely to cause damage, we will explain the risk before touching it and proceed only with your agreement.

07

Limits of liability

We carry liability insurance covering damage caused by our work. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, for damage arising from the condition of the appliance before we arrived, or for consequential losses such as spoiled food, missed work, or alternative accommodation. Our liability for any single job is limited to the amount paid for that job.

08

Appliances we decline

We may decline to work on an appliance that has been previously opened by somebody unqualified, that has visible fire or flood damage, or that is subject to a manufacturer recall. In those cases we will explain why and no charge beyond the diagnostic applies.

09

Governing law

Texas state law governs everything set out on this page. Nothing here limits any rights you hold as a consumer under state or federal law.

Questions about this page?

Call the office and ask. Nothing here is written to be clever, and if something reads unclearly we would rather explain it than have you guess.
