Every completed repair carries ninety days of coverage on both the part we fitted and the labor behind it. Here is exactly what that means, what it does not stretch to, and how to use it.

The component we installed and the work involved in installing it are both covered for ninety calendar days from the date printed on your invoice. Should that component give out again, or the original symptom reappear during those ninety days, the return visit and the fix are on us. That includes the trip, the labor, and a replacement part.
Coverage begins the day the repair is completed, not the day you first called. The expiry date goes on your invoice in writing so nobody has to reconstruct it from memory months later. Keep the invoice, or a photo of it, and that is all the proof anyone needs.
A different fault on the same appliance is a separate job, because the part we fitted did not cause it. Damage from a power surge, water intrusion, pest activity, or someone else working on the machine afterward falls outside the warranty as well.
Normal wear on components we did not touch is not covered either. If we replaced your dryer element and the drum bearing gives out two months later, that is a new repair rather than a warranty claim.
Occasionally we will advise that a machine is not worth repairing and you will choose to go ahead anyway. That is entirely your call and we will do the work. In those cases the ninety days still applies to the part we fitted, but it cannot extend to the rest of an appliance that was already failing elsewhere.
If you source a part yourself and ask us to install it, the labor is covered for ninety days but the component is not. We have no way of knowing where it came from or how it was stored, so the manufacturer or seller of that part handles any defect in it.
Call the office, give the date on your invoice and describe what is happening. There is no form to fill out and no claim number to chase. We will schedule the return visit the same way we scheduled the original one, and in most cases it happens within a day or two.
Call the office and ask. Nothing here is written to be clever, and if something reads unclearly we would rather explain it than have you guess.
